We know you have choices, but at The Graphics Factory, we believe in a real partnership. We aren't just a website; we are your neighbors in Carson City, Virginia City, Gardnerville, and Tahoe. We’ve built our business around taking the stress off your plate—handling the logistics, the design "math," and the production headaches so you can stay focused on your actual job.

 

Artwork & Design: You Own Your Brand

What kind of files do you need? To get you that crisp, professional look, we need Vector Artwork (.ai, .pdf, or .eps) with fonts outlined.

What if my logo is a bit... blurry? Don't worry! Our design team can step in and recreate it for you. Because "cleaning up" a logo takes expert time, there is a minimum $45 fee.

The Graphics Factory Ownership Guarantee: We believe in transparency. Any artwork or embroidery digitizing files you pay us to create belong to you. Unlike shops that hold your files "hostage" to keep you from going elsewhere, we’ll happily provide the high-res files for your own records. It’s your brand—you should always have the keys to it.

 

Sourcing & Our Quality Guarantee

Should I bring my own clothes, or do you provide them? We offer both, but most of our partners prefer the "Worry-Free" route.

  • TGF-Supplied (Recommended): We partner with a vast network of suppliers to provide high-quality blanks at wholesale prices.
  • The Guarantee: When we provide the garment, it comes with our 100% Quality Guarantee. If an item is damaged during production, we replace it at no cost to you.
  • Customer-Supplied: We accept these on a case-by-case basis (with a 20% surcharge + handling fees). *Please note: while we take every precaution, we can only refund the decoration cost—not the garment itself—if a machine mishap occurs.

 

Minimum Order Requirements

To keep your project cost-effective and our quality high, we maintain the following minimums per design with the same dimensions:

Sublimation
Minimum: 12 pieces
Go all out—unlimited colors, unlimited placement, and zero creative restrictions.

Screen Printing
Minimum: 24 pieces
The most cost-effective way to produce bold, long-lasting designs at scale.

Embroidery
Minimum: 12 pieces
Elevate your brand with a clean, professional finish that stands out in any setting.

DTF (Direct to Film)
Minimum: 12 pieces
Bring your artwork to life with sharp detail and vibrant color on almost any garment.

Custom Patches
Minimum: 25 pieces
Add a premium, durable touch that instantly upgrades hats, jackets, and uniforms.

Laser Engraving
Minimum: $250 (includes $50 setup)
Create a lasting impression with precise, permanent marking on hard goods and specialty items.

Signs & Vehicle Vinyl
Minimum: $200 (includes minimum $45 design fee)
Get your brand seen with high-impact signage and vehicle graphics built to last.

Stickers
Minimum: 500 pieces (250 pieces when bundled with another service)

Shipping & Local Perks

Do you offer local delivery? We sure do! We are proud to offer FREE delivery for all orders within a 5 mile radius of the showroom, and in South Lake Tahoe. Local pickup is available by appointment at our showroom.

Is shipping free for nationwide orders? Yes! All orders over $750 ship FREE via UPS Ground to the lower 48 states.

How fast is the turnaround? Our standard production time is typically 15 business days once your artwork is approved and payment is received.

What if I have an emergency deadline? We’ll always try to save the day! For orders needed in fewer than 15 business days, we apply a rush fee of 6.6% of your order for every business day we move the deadline up. This helps us prioritize your project without letting our other partners down.

 

Specialized Services

Do you offer Traditional Letterman Jackets? Yes. These are legacy projects handled by appointment only to ensure a perfect fit. Don’t forget to bring your varsity letter with you to the fitting where we’ll walk through all the customization options together.

  • Turnaround: Standard production is 7–8 weeks.
  • Holiday Deadline: For 2026, all fittings and payments must be finalized by October 23, 2026 to guarantee holiday delivery.


Solving Your "Admin Headaches"

I’m tired of chasing people for sizes and money. Can you help? This is our favorite problem to solve! We can build a Custom Online Pre-Order Store for your school, league, or company.

  • For Coaches/ADs: No more carrying around envelopes of cash.
  • For HR/Managers: Let employees choose their own sizes and pay individually or we can invoice you when the store closes.

The Result: Your members pay us directly, we track the sizes and individually bag orders, and you just get to enjoy the gear.
